Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Our Promise
With Deluxe Ramco, you can be sure of consistent, high-quality products that meet strict quality and safety standards, delivered on time. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.
All returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with labels/tags intact. If your item is found to be faulty, you are covered under our lifetime manufacturer warranty starting from the date of purchase.
30 Days No-Reason Returns
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
- Labels, tags, and original packaging must remain intact.
- Otherwise, the return may not be eligible.
Refund Process:
- Partial refunds cover the product price minus shipping fees.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless due to our error).
- Once the item is received, we process refunds to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Return & Warranty Process
To initiate a return, exchange, or refund:
π© Email us at Support@deluxeramco.com with your order number, reason for return, and images/videos of the product.
π¦ Once approved, you may return the item to our warehouse (tracking number may be requested).
- If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., wrong choice, change of mind), return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, wrong item), Deluxe Ramco will cover shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
- Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
- Contact: Support@deluxeramco.com with order details (order number, name, email).
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
After Shipment
- Cancellations after 24 hours and before delivery are eligible for a full refund minus shipping fees.
- Orders must be rejected at delivery.
- Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Returned & Exchange Products
Defective Item
If you believe your product is defective, contact Support@deluxeramco.com before returning. Upon request, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, you may:
- Keep the item with a partial refund, or
- Return it for the correct product.
Return shipping is covered by Deluxe Ramco if itβs our mistake.
Item Damaged During Transit
If your item arrives damaged:
- Reject the delivery immediately and contact us at Support@deluxeramco.com.
- We will coordinate with the courier and send a replacement or process a refund after verification.
Missing or Lost Item
If your package is lost or missing, contact Support@deluxeramco.com with your order and tracking number.
- A lost package claim will be initiated with the courier.
- This process may take up to 7 days for confirmation.
Warranty Exemptions & Notes
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer-caused damage is not covered.
- Misuse or modification voids the warranty.
- If you purchased the wrong item, exchanges or refunds are possible, but return shipping costs apply.
- Replacement parts (if applicable) may be purchased at cost + shipping.
Warranty Process Requirements
- Describe the issue in detail (what happened, when, how).
- Provide your full order number.
- Share the product/item code from packaging.
- Send clear photos or videos of the defect(s) under good lighting.
